Natural Grass Ball Hanging Chew Toy for Small Parrots
I recently added the Natural Grass Ball Hanging Chew Toy to my budgie's cage to see if it could help curb his boredom. It is a simple, tactile accessory that encourages birds to engage with their environment rather than just sitting on a perch.
Performance & Build Quality
The construction feels sturdy yet perfectly textured for small beaks to tear apart safely. Made from all-natural materials, it gives me peace of mind knowing there are no hidden toxic glues or dyes in the weaving.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting up the toy was effortless, as it clips directly onto the cage bars in seconds. My parrotlet took to it immediately, spending a good portion of the afternoon shredding the grass fibers and exploring the ball's surface.
This is the perfect purchase for owners of small, active birds who need a safe and engaging outlet for their natural foraging instincts.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I give this toy a 4.8 out of 5 for its simplicity and the genuine interest it sparks in my bird. While $24.90 might seem like a small investment for a shreddable item, the mental health benefits for your parakeet are well worth the cost.
